Wrapping

■ Ordering process.
(1) Please order one piece of wrapping for each item you wish to wrap.
(2) Our staff will select the correct size for the product at the time of dispatch.
(3) The product you wish to wrap will be delivered wrapped.

■ Notes.
Only one item is sold per item purchased.
The wrapping and wrapping only cannot be ordered.
We do not accept size specifications from the customer.
Depending on the size of the product, wrapping may not be possible. For products that cannot be wrapped, please see the information on each product page.
If you order more than one item, we will select a size that combines all the items in your order. Please separate your order if you wish to purchase items you wish to wrap and items you do not wish to include in the wrapping. Please note that if you specify in the remarks field, the delivery may be delayed to confirm your wishes. If you order the same number of products and wrapping in one order, you can wrap one item at a time.
The product is not returnable or exchangeable.
If you purchase a product that cannot be wrapped and wrapped, we will ask you to confirm your intention (e.g. to cancel the wrapping and send the product or cancel your order). Please note that shipping may be delayed until we have confirmed your intention.
