Self Wrapping

■ Ordering process.
(1) Please order one wrapping set for each item you wish to wrap.
(2) At the time of delivery, our staff will select the appropriate size for the product.
(3) The product you wish to wrap will be delivered together with the wrapping set.
The customer is responsible for wrapping the product.

■Notes.
Please note that only one item per purchase is available.
The wrapping set alone cannot be ordered.
The wrapping set is not included in the delivery. Please wrap the item yourself after it arrives.
We do not accept size specifications from the customer.
If you order more than one item, we will select a size that combines all the items in your order. Please separate your order if you wish to purchase items you wish to wrap and items you do not wish to include in the wrapping. If you specify in the remarks field, there is a possibility that the delivery will be delayed due to confirmation of your wishes.
We do not accept returns or exchanges.
If you have purchased a product that cannot be wrapped and a wrapping set, we will ask you to confirm your intention (e.g. to cancel the wrapping and ship or to cancel your order). Please note that shipping may be delayed until we have confirmed your intention.
