Original jersey in tough, durable USA cotton
The fabric is original jersey made of USA cotton. The jersey is knitted in a degree-knit fabric with an optimum thickness, which is firm and comfortable against the skin when worn. The
firm and strong fabric does not stretch easily and does not lose its shape easily.

Dry feel typical of US cotton

The expressive cotton fabric has an uneven texture and a vintage-like feel.





Adopting traditional sewing methods
The collar part is made of taping binders to prevent stretching. Reinforced from the back of the neck to the shoulder line.

The sewing process uses a single-needle overlock sewing machine and adopts a 'top and bottom pulling' method, in which the folded edges of the fabric are scooped out and sewn. Despite its rustic appearance, the strength in the seam direction is said to be stronger than '2-needle flat stitch'.
