SIERRA DESIGNS brings you the historic Inyo Jacket. The flagship item of the Winter Series boasts the highest heat retention, using U.S.-made 60/40 cloth.

The production of this jacket was temporarily halted due to difficulties in securing stable supplies of high-quality down, but it was revived a few years ago with a small production volume due to the strong demand from fans.

The luxurious use of 700FP (fill power) quality down gives this item a sleek silhouette while maintaining its warmth. The stylish urban fit and classic, uncluttered atmosphere make it ideal for a wide range of uses, from casual to business.

Durable and waterproof fabric "60/40"
The revolutionary material "60/40" was developed by Sierra Design in 1968. A blend of cotton and nylon, it is a durable and waterproof material.

The more you wear it, the more it tastes good
The term "60/40" is derived from the ratio of 60% cotton for the weft and 40% nylon for the warp.

The fabric is less stiff than 100% cotton and more resistant to friction than 100% nylon, and the more it is worn, the more its texture improves. When it absorbs moisture, the cotton threads of the weft yarn expand and close the weave, making this functional material waterproof and windproof.



Quality European 700FP down
For down, the 700FP down of the "ALLIED FEATHER & DOWN" company, which handles only high-quality European down, is used. The higher the number, the more air it can hold, making it lighter and warmer. Because it is high quality down, even though it is thin and light, it provides outstanding heat retention.

The exquisite combination of 60/40 cloth and 90% high quality 700FP down with 10% feathers blended in to prevent bias. It combines functionality, light weight, and warmth retention, making it more than adequate for Japan.






Button detachable hood
The hood can be detached with a snap button, allowing you to switch to a sleeker style. The three-dimensional, large hood gives you a completely different impression with or without the hood.








Cold protection with durability
Button + double-zip front. It is structured to allow easy access to the inner lining and to keep warm air in. Pockets can also be inserted from the sides, and a small amount of down is enclosed in the back of the hands, so you can feel the warmth from the moment you insert them.

The shoulder area has raglan sleeves. Velcro cuffs are provided at the cuffs to prevent cold air from entering the cuffs.



Inside, an inner pocket on the left chest is perfect for managing valuables, and a drawcord is included to cinch the waist. The silhouette can be varied for your enjoyment.
