Durable, waterproof fabric In 1968, Sierra Designs made international headlines with the development of a revolutionary material. It was called 60/40 (Rokyon Cloth), a durable, waterproof blend of cotton and nylon.
The more you wear it, the more it wears "60/40" is a fabric woven with a golden ratio of 60% cotton in the weft and 40% nylon in the warp, and the more you wear it, the more it wears. It is less stiff than 100% cotton and more resistant to abrasion than 100% nylon. When it absorbs water, the weft cotton yarns expand and seal the weave, making it waterproof and windproof.
ALLIED FEATHER 650 fill power down The down we use is ALLIED FEATHER & DOWN's 650 fill power down, which is the highest quality down available in Europe. The perfect combination of
60/40 cloth and 85% high quality 650 fill power down + 15% feathers blended to prevent bias is functional, lightweight, warm and more than enough for Japan.

Windproof and well-stockedThe front has a double zip and placket for windproof protection. Pockets include hand warmers, large side pockets and two zipped chest pockets for extra storage.
