"Our unique bounce and firmness" is the result of a soft, airy knit. We use the COZUN knitting machine, one of only a few in the world. The COZUN is an improved version of the hanging knitting machine that existed in the Taisho era.

There are very few machines in operation today in the world, and only a few companies in Japan.

The charm of this machine is its ability to knit softly with air, while maintaining a moderate speed and tension.

The unique bounce and firmness of this premium knitting machine, of which only a few exist in the world, is a true gem.

The main stitching, such as armholes, sleeves and sides, is done with a Union Special flat seamer, an American sewing machine from the 60s.
Flat seamers are a four-needle stitch that can withstand a lot of wear and washing!
