It is safe to say that RoToTo makes some of the nicest socks you'll ever slip your feet in. All their socks are manufactured in Koryo-cho, Nara, and each pair is designed around the philosophy of “lifelong consumables”. They avoid modern machinery and opt for old vintage knitting machines that were imported from the USA in the early 1900s. These machines need skilled labourers to operate them and the output is very limited. Especially because RoToTo is very particular about the kind of yarn they're using.
But once you put them on, you know they're worth the wait.
