The company was founded in 1988 in a small factory in the hills outside of Cooperstown, New York, U.S.A. They specialize in old style ball caps dating back to around 1860.






DECHO
Based in Kurashiki City, Okayama Prefecture, DECHO was started in 2003. We mix good old things such as work, military, vintage and deadstock, and make hats that change color as they are worn and age.








Fabric that fits in as you wear it
This flannel fabric is light and soft against the skin. It is slightly brushed and has an appealing rough look.






Vintage-inspired design
The shape is an orthodox six-panel design with vents that serve as ventilation.



The deep green of the back of the brim creates a retro atmosphere. The inside sweatband also follows the original and is made of cowhide.



The logo on the front, which also serves as a styling accent, features the logo of the St. Paul Saints, an actual American baseball team.
