NANGA x SUBU Fire-resistant Winter Sandals

NANGA introduces sandals in collaboration with the legwear brand SUBU.

This model uses NANGA's original flame-retardant fabric for SUBU's sandals, which are comfortable to wear and have excellent heat retention properties.

NANGA
Born in 1941 in Maibara City, Shiga Prefecture. NANGA is a manufacturer of down products that continues to focus on domestic production. NANGA uses safe, high-quality down and produces it with its own unique sewing technology. It is known as the leading brand of winter down outerwear in Japan.

SUBU
The theme is "unprecedented autumn/winter sandals that you can wear barefoot when going out in the cold season." Launched in 2016, the Japanese legwear brand uses unique materials and continues to offer people comfortable living.






NANGA's original flame-retardant fabric
The upper is made of a fire fabric using Kevlar, a flame-retardant material also used in firefighting uniforms and gloves. In addition to its flame and heat resistance, it also has water repellency, making it useful in a variety of outdoor situations, from those where fire is used to those around water.
